A strong fleet

Currently 24 container vessels are exclusively chartered out by Hanseatic Lloyd Chartering. With container capacities between 1,016 and 4,730 TEU we offer our charterers tonnage in all Panmax-size-classes that are especially attractive for the charter market and can be used universally. Right from the beginning the entire exclusively chartered fleet of container vessels have made a good name for themselves through their high performance, as repeatedly underlined by the numerous extensions of charter contracts.

Permanently on the market

In cooperation with Hanseatic Lloyd Singapore, we are represented both at a major European and an important Asian shipping location, and from there we work together with the renowned charterers of our fleet on a basis of trust. Through the two locations we maintain intensive contact to liner shipping companies and shipbrokers all over the globe and constantly exchange information with all partners. A decisive advantage in the fiercely competitive charter market since comprehensive knowledge of the market along with tonnage quality is a key factor for successful charter business.

To help us maintain a detailed picture of the entire market, we have been conducting extensive research work in the form of the Hanseatic Lloyd internal database for years. All activities involving the building of new ships worldwide and important information on charter contracts concluded for container vessels are recorded and constantly updated here. The result: a comprehensive overview of the new vessel and charter market as well as of the structures and developments of scheduled container services, thus enabling a precise determination of demand.
