In the field of continuous improvements in attaining environmental targets, Hanseatic Lloyd pursues a proactive approach. By means of a constant control cycle between planning, execution, controlling and optimising of operating processes that is described within the framework of ISO 14001, it is guaranteed that great importance will continue to be attached to environmental targets at Hanseatic Lloyd in the future.
Besides the obligatory ISM and ISPS certifications, the company Hanseatic Lloyd Schiffahrt which is responsible for the technical and nautical management of the Hanseatic Lloyd vessels is additionally certified to the quality management system ISO 9001 on a voluntary basis.
