The shareholders' meetings of the Hanseatic Lloyd one-ship companies — HLL Atlantic Schiffahrts-gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, HLL Baltic Schiffahrts-gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG as well as HLL Tanker-Flottenfonds I — take place in Bremen on
17th June 2010. As an investor you`ll receive a personal invitation at an early stage. The shareholders' meetings of the three one-ship companies HLL Noroc Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, HLL Sharon Sea GmbH & Co. KG and HLL Ashley Sea GmbH & Co. KG take place on 21st September 2010 in Bremen.

The shareholdings at a glance

As a long-term financial investment, the actual success of a ship shareholding cannot be conclusively assessed until after completion of the project, i.e. after sale of the vessel. Of course, all investors are regularly informed about the development of their shareholdings.

In addition to the shareholders' meeting, all one-ship companies issue reports on the market development and economic situation of the vessel in May and December of each year. You can download the current account balance concerning your shareholding by clicking on the respective ship.
